Frequently asked questions

How does signing up for group classes work?
To start, you reserve a place in your chosen group and pay for the first class. After it, you decide whether you'd like to continue. If so, we sign a contract, you pay a one-time enrollment fee (250 zł) plus the semester fee, and we confirm your place in the group.
How do payments work?
Group classes are billed per semester. Once you decide to continue, you'll receive by email: the contract to sign, the enrollment fee amount (250 zł), and the class fee (depending on the payment plan you choose).
What if I can't make it to class?
Most group classes follow a programme that develops week by week with a fixed group. For that reason, absences cannot be made up or refunded. The exception is MeloFun Mini and MeloFun Junior: if an absence is reported, the class can be made up in another group, subject to available places and times.
What is the final musical production like?
The year's work culminates in a professional musical production performed on the stage of a rented theatre. Every participant gets their own role, works with a headset microphone and takes part in a real stage production. Taking part involves a musical budget of 300 zł, which covers preparing and producing the show, theatre rental, professional sound and lighting, technical support, front-of-house service and organising the whole event. At the start of the second semester we begin preparing costumes. Depending on the role, an additional cost may arise, which we always discuss with parents beforehand.
Why does Music Hub Academy charge an enrollment fee?
250 zł enrollment fee for new students. Music Hub Academy is intentionally not a large school where students become just another name on a list. We believe in getting to know our students and their families, tailoring schedules and teacher assignments to individual needs, and providing thoughtful, personal support throughout the academic year. Music Hub Band Junior — young musicians playing in a band

Music Hub Band Junior

Your first real band — time to play together.

Music Hub Band Junior is a band class for young musicians aged 9–12 who already have the basics on their instrument and want to begin their adventure of playing in a band. We work on repertoire, collaboration, rhythm and listening to one another.

We make sure students land in a group at the right level. That's why we ask for a short recording of a chosen piece — a phone recording is fine. Based on it, we match the line-up and repertoire so everyone can grow and enjoy playing together.
